It's been a good year of preserving and I'm so excited to share my progress. I did all of this on my own with the help of my handy Ball Blue Book. Here's what I have:
12 pints of applesauce
12 jelly jars of blueberry preserves
12 pints of blackberry preserves
12 pints of green tomato relish
12 pints of creamed corn
6 pints of chicken stock
6 quarts of chicken stock
12 quarts of tomato sauce (plain, unseasoned)
12 quarts of applesauce
6 quarts of sliced pears
24 quarts green beans
8 quarts dill pickles
24 pints sliced apples
36 4-oz jars of green tomato relish
I also did some freezing and have about 8 quarts of soaked and cooked beans and will have about 4-8 quarts of rice once I'm finished with my batch today.
Ooohhh, and I didn't get to see this! This is AWESOME!
